Q1: What are the features of your products?
A1.1: First, our headphones & earphones have very balanced graphs for sound quality. They have powerful bass, clear mid and crisp highs.
A1.2: Second, the wood has a better resonance effect on sound than metal or plastic, so our wood headphones & earphones can produce natural and warm sound, and they can bring with comfortable listening pleasure for people when enjoying the music.
A1.3: Third, we develop our 8mm drivers by ourselves, which are different from those in the open markets. Last but not the least, our wood products are eco-friendly, and we choose our raw materials with recycling ideas under great care, including the package, so our products will do less impact than those metal or plastic headphones & earphones.
Q2: What is the price range for your products?
A2: Our products are recognized as high quality headphones & earphones, and they are ideal for the accessories for Apple and Blackberry. The retail prices for most of our in-ear headphones & earphones are about USD 60 – USD 100, and they are sold well in North America and Europe.
Q3: Is the ebony wood an endangered species?
A3: We import the wood from Malaysia, not from Indonesia. The ebony from Indonesia is an endangered wood, but it is not the case for the ebony wood from Malaysia. Besides, we buy the ebony wood from a legal way and the wood is allowed to be harvested by the government. Besides, we use tree branches to make earphone houses as they need very small parts of wood.
Q4: How should users store the wood headphones? Will they be damaged by worms?
A4: Please do not put the headphones near to fire, water or acid liquid. Keep the headphones in a suitable place. If there is some water on the wood house surface, please use a dry cloth to clean it. We have dried the wood before mass production, and they are also very hard in quality, so we have not got complains about the damage caused by worms.
Q5: Can you do in-house development for new products? Do you develop the drivers by yourselves?
A5: Yes we have R&D department, and we can make designs for the product style, package and so on. The 8mm drivers are developed by our company, not bought from the open market, so our sound style is different from those drivers from the open market.
Q6: How do you control the product quality?
A6: We carry out many tests on our products, such as tension test, swing test, electro-acoustic test and so on. For sound quality, we make matches for each pair of our drivers before placing them into the earphone houses, which ensures every earphone has balanced speakers. We also do 100% electro-acoustic test before package to make sure each product has balanced low, mid and high frequency.
Q7: Can you do OEM? Are you willing to carry other brands on your products?
A7: Yes we can do OEM, and we can make headphones & earphones according to your requirements. We can also carry your brand on our current items for foreign market. However, we can only use our Esmooth brand for the domestic market as we have got the patent for our products in China.

A8: We are keeping on developing new products to enrich our product catalogue, and you will find them on this website. We will update our website frequently and you can find new products on it.
